“I
have nothing but tremendous respect for the folks at Debron. I chose
them from a handful of companies for which I put together a lengthy
request for proposal and they were just exceptional. Debron is a
well-rounded company that really has a good sense of teamwork, technology
and a willingness to really resolve issues. There are always issues
when launching a
new product and a new company. The Debron people and I literally
rolled up our sleeves and figured out what the problems
were and then we resolved them. I am an engineer and very thorough.
And, when I went to Debron with requests for assembly, they took
the ball and ran with it. I’m very happy with them.”

“I’ve
been working with Debron for six or seven years. For a small organization,
they perform in a pretty large manner. They
take their customer first and foremost and strive to go the extra
mile to be sure they have 100% customer satisfaction."
“Debron’s people are easy to work with. My salesperson
in particular is top notch. She is not just there to make the sale,
but also support the sale anyway she can to be sure that the manufacturing
group has everything they need and are in sync with one another."
“I’ve worked with Debron manufacturing people on the
floor from time-to-time and everyone has a conscious level of quality
and customer satisfaction. Communication with Debron is very professional,
with one goal in mind – to be sure that they
deliver quality products on time."
“Our lead times are very short, but Debron keeps coming through.
They are considered by our purchasing and engineering groups as
very capable to manufacture our electronic products."
“Debron is an excellent house. I’ve had nothing but
excellent experiences working with them.”

Daniel
Beeker, Senior Field Applications Engineer
Freescale Semiconductor, a Subsidiary of Motorola
Product: Special Function Development Tools
“Debron assembles components for Freescale which are used
in the development of next generation engine controllers.
These are fine-pitch, very dense assemblies that are extremely valuable
due to their component content. They are also quite delicate, requiring
special handling and packaging to prevent damage. Often, customer
circumstances demand instant turnaround. But, even under these high-pressure
circumstances, Debron’s after assembly product functional
tests to nearly 100%.”
“Recently, we had an emergency at an automotive company. We
called Debron. We had to have 30 units because our customer was
facing a catastrophe. Debron pushed the assemblies through, giving
me enough product. We completed final tests and packaging and handed
the controllers to the automotive engineer who then flew them to
the plant and resolved some software issues — all in the same
day. Debron responded by not only helping out a little, they were
able to get them exactly what they needed to fix their cars. It’s
been a really, really pleasant experience working with Debron.”

“Debron
is doing a number of things for us. I’m the inventor of our
product and they are treating me just like they would a big customer.
I’ve done many projects over the years for a lot of different
companies and I’ve had to deal with contractors,
sub-contractors and suppliers, but the Debron people understand
things. They ask good questions. They have clients
and projects that are 1000 times larger than mine, but when I go
in there I feel important.”
