Tactical Solutions: Developed and implement several public information programs to educate residents about environmental problems and related funding issues. Work with several cities, building Internet sites, creating city newsletters, assisting in city-wide planning efforts, creating literature for economic development associations and helping inform citizens of the merits of several bond issues.
Results: Local communities supported their projects and residents accepted all bond issues. Several projects were recognized and honored by the state

Tactical Solutions: Create and implement on-going trade and general media relations. Also provided project management, print production management and graphic arts support.
